On September 14, 2026, Evawave was recognized as a dedicated R&D department by the Korea Industrial Technology Association (KOITA). The recognition is granted under Korean law to organizations that meet the requirements for dedicated research staff, a separate research space, and research equipment.
The department is based at the Makerspace Lab of the Advanced Institute of Convergence Technology (AICT) in Suwon, where we build and verify our product ourselves — from sensor hardware and firmware to signal analysis.
